It is possible to reserve by requesting availability of lodgings from the reservation staff

The reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total cost payable by Bank transfer. In order to request a reservation it is necessary to send the receipt of payment by e-mail to info@lecaiole.it or by fax at

Reservations


The reservation will be entered and confirmed by the work day following the reservation request e-mail.

 


Payment

  • The balance of payment due is payable upon arrival.
  • Cash will be accepted for payment.
  • We require a refundable security deposit of 150 Euro upon arrival.
  • Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
  • Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

 

Penalties for cancellation

  • For cancellation 30-50 days before arrival the penalty is 30% of total cost.
  • For cancellation 15-29 days before arrival the penalty is 50% of total cost.
  • For cancellation 1-14 days before arrival the penalty is 80% of total cost.
